New York, NY, Feb. 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC (the “Company”) announced that on January 29, 2021 its Board of Directors approved the December 31, 2020 net asset value per share for the Company’s Class A and I shares of common stock of $8.55, respectively, representing a decrease of $0.08 cents per share from the prior quarter-end’s valuations. The Board of Directors also approved the December 31, 2020 net asset value per share for the Company’s Class C shares of common stock of $8.30, representing a decrease of $0.08 cents per share from the prior quarter-end’s valuations. In addition, the Board of Directors also approved the December 31, 2020 net asset value per share for the Company’s Class P-A shares of common stock of $8.65, representing a decrease of $0.02 cents per share from the prior quarter end’s valuation. Finally, the Board of Directors also approved the December 31, 2020 net asset value per share for the Company’s Class P-I shares of common stock of $8.96, representing a decrease of $0.06 cents per share from the prior quarter end’s valuation.
