MICHAEL LANDENBERGER

Michael oversees all areas of accounting, tax, valuation, and financial reporting, serving as Greenbacker’s Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He joined the firm in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to Greenbacker, Michael served as CAO at a large public company in the senior living industry, where he led the restructuring of the financial accounting, operational accounting, and financial reporting departments. He also served as a member of the Executive Steering Committee and was a departmental leader for several systems implementations. Before that, he worked in international accounting, gaining extensive experience with SEC regulations and financial due diligence practices. Michael received his BA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant.
